with all parts obtained.
On Dress Up Level 64 you can change any dress up parts that were earned previously
(Change 1 part per ghost level gained)

The final product you receive will be a Maximum Tune 3DX PLUS card.
This card will NOT WORK on Maximum Tune 1 / 2 / 3 / DX or Japanese Versions , will only work on English Verison Maximum Tune 3DX+.
