Vintage? Weiss? Signed Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Scarf Clip/Slide Gold Tone

This is a bright gold tone Weiss signed scarf clip or slide, with aurora borealis rhinestones. It has a tag attached to it that says Gimbels Schusters. It measures about 1 7/8 inches.  Now I have never seen a scarf slide like this being marked Weiss. I don't find really any listed online either. And Weiss stones are usually prong set. I have read that in their later days, the stones were not all prong set. I got this in a lot of jewelry, and know nothing about it, really. And I am not an expert, just stating my observations.
