    You are bidding on a vintage RARE WESTERN BOWIE USA KNIFE Vietnam era pre W49 model. This is the FIRST VERSION made between 1964-1965 indicating by the  tang marks only use in this time period with WESTERN BOULDER COLO. USA one one side and inverted BOWIE on the other. Small brass pin comfortable handle unlike later models. The knife is in nice condition eccept one side of the blade is showing some pitting marks from old cosmoline most likely. It is 14.5 inches long from which the blade is 9 inches. Better balance than later models. Very nice RARE knife. No sheath.  See all the pictures bellow.
