It is for the movie (Ready, Willing and Able) which was produced by Warner Brothers. The picture is in  good condition. It is in a frame that has two holes in it where it was hung up. The film was from 1937. Ruby Keeler was a very famous actress and was married to Al Josen  The picture with frame is about 101/2 inches in width and in length it is about 81/2 inches
