Vintage Electroplate Napkin Ring w Spike Bud Vase and Footed Base-No Makers Mark

Interesting vintage silver colored napkin ring with bud vase for sale.  Very simple and elegant with light beaded design along edges of ring, base and feet.  I don't think it is silver as there is no 925 or other marking and it has no tarnish.  It is probably electroplated but with what metal, I don't know.  It could be silverplate but as there is no makers mark or any other stamps that I can see.  A tiny bud vase sits atop the ring with pointed edges. Excellent condition with only a few pale shadings of discoloration.
