Vintage 15” silver-grey jointed growler bear by Merrythought of England

Vintage 15” silver-grey jointed bear by Merrythought of England,
A limited edition pure mohair 18” stuffed teddy bear by Merrythought made in England.  A limited edition bear marked in pen on his left foot:   Appears to read #24 of 300 with a signature right above it.  ( I cannot make out the signature).   He has felt pads with hand stitched nose and pads and is fully jointed and has a growler.
He has his original white satin bow.  There are 2 spots (1) on his right arm and (2) on his right leg where the fur is thin / worn.  See photos.  He does make noise with movements, but to me he sounds more squeaky than an actual growl.
Good, clean condition.  He was owned by my late mom, a bear lover and collector.
