Upright Bass w/ Pickup, Preamp, Bass Bag, Two German Bows, Bow Quiver, Two bow case, and an Instrument Stand.
Condition is "Used".
-Selling a 3/4 laminate “Giovanni Rossi” bass with Gamba corners, made by violin maker/luthier Jan van Rooyen, from whom I purchased it when he owned Gainesville Violins (Gainesville, FL).
I’ve had this instrument from either 2010 or 11. It is in good condition with just a few of the usual nicks you’d expect from a mobile instrument of its size. I’ve taken care to cover any with a wood stain pen to protect the wood.
I have the following accessories for it:
-It is strung with Pirastro Obligato strings.
-"Superieur Despiau" Bridge made in France
-Series II Professional 3/4 size Double Bass Bag, Black with Gray. Has wheels.

-Bow Quiver for Double Bass- Chocolate Brown Leather
-K&K Sound Bass Max Upright Bass Pickup (transducer)-installed.
-K&K Sound Pure Preamp (
The pickup and pre-amp are already installed on the bass. These are super helpful for when playing in church as the instrument can be ran directly into the sound system). The preamp has volume and 3-band EQ.

-hard bow case that can hold two bows

Brass Wolf string muter, though the current set of strings doesn’t need it, the previous set had an “A” wolf string.
Due to the size of the item, shipping would be problematic. If you're interested, please contact me about picking up the instrument or meeting at a reasonable half-way point between my location and yours. Needless to say, you'll need a large vehicle to transport it.
