NEW items that have been “opened” or “used” are non-returnable unless defective/DOA.
Unopened NEW/SEALED returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee of the full purchase price.
All DOA/Defective items will be replaced by the seller if available or a full refund will be given.
All returned products must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
