it's a full pg trade ad featuring the 2 of them in hal roach comedies.
this promo is prior to the time that stan laurel teamed w oliver hardy to become the infamous laurel & hardy comedy team.
paul parrott was a comedian & was the brother of charley chase (or charlie chase).
he directed many laurel & hardy films, an our gang short & some thelma todd shorts.
he also appeared in silent comedies.
ad was removed from a moving picture world trade magazine.
moving picture world magazines were only sent to theatre owners & were not available to the public to purchase.
pg very nice condition.
