RELIABLE EQUIPMENT ROLLER chain hoist

chain hoist. Condition is "Used". Local pickup only.
This listing is for a “reliable equipment” roller chain hoist. I purchased some other items from a local seller and this was included. It is much bigger than my needs. Seller told me the item worked fine. All lever switches seem to work.
I am not sure how it works. Local pick up only due to size and weight. Thank you
