Great Vintage Movie Show Handout Advertisement 1931 Farnum and Santschi VTG

Here's a very rare find, a movie theater advertising handout from 1931, calling out one of the first stage plays converted to a "talkie". Unfortunately, the reviews bashed it and it came out poorly.
But that was earlier in the 20th Century, and in 1931 it tried again, and here is a flyer to show that.
Measuring 14 by 9 1/2 inches, double-sided, this ancient paper is quite yellow. Someone folded it in the near center, and I wouldn't unfold it too many times before framing it. But once framed, this makes a great keepsake advertisement from more than a hundred years ago!
