    CIA Sticker brand item# M4259 fixed blade Neck Knife ( MIL1023 ).  Designed as a defense weapon, not as a cutting tool. One piece non-metal black polycarbonate plastic construction.  7" overall.  3 1/8" double edge dagger blade.  One side of blade is partially serrated.  Handle has integrated crossguard, pocketclip and large lanyard hole.  Black polycarbonate friction fit blade cover sheath with lanyard slot.  Made in China.  Bulk packed, no box.     You must be at least 18 years old to purchase knives.  Check out my other items!
