CHASE CHROME & PLASTIC ART DECO MINERVA VASE

Description

Chase catalog item # 3012, this small, elegant vase was made only in 1941 & ’42 in Chrome or Copper, each with a white plastic decorative disc at the bottom, which has turned a butterscotch color. The body has 3 sets of vertical grooves that are outward facing.
It is 6 3/8” high. Condition is very good to excellent. One tiny round dent in the lower curved area of vase, almost unnoticeable. The rim is perfectly round. There are some teeny scuff marks and miniscule ‘rough’ spots in the chrome. Two teeny dots of
what looks like paint on the base. All of the above are mentioned for clarity but the vase is really beautiful. The interior shows some discoloration due to previous use. Marked on the bottom with the Chase logo.
