THIS IS A VERY WELL MADE CREAM MAKER THAT I BELIEVE IS FROM ENGLAND. THE BASE IS A VERY HEAVY CAST IRON WITH A HEAVY PORCELAIN COATING. THERE ARE SCRATCHES & STAINS IN THE WHITE PORCELAIN. THE BOWL PIECE HAS PAINT MISSING AND SCRATCHES.BOWL LID ARE MISSING I THINK. I BELIEVE THIS MAY HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED IN THE 1930'S.
