5 VINTAGE FARBER CHROME SERVING PIECES
Fun lot of five vintage chrome serving pieces including a footed creamer measuring 4-1/4" tall; a matching double handled sugar bowl measuring 4-1/2" tall; a pedestal candy dish measuring 4" tall and 5-3/4" wide; a low bowl with swing basket handle measuring 5-3/4" wide; and a dual handle plate/bowl measuring 5-3/4" wide. The creamer and sugar have a simple etched floral, leaf and drape pattern around the foot -- they are marked FARBER WARE, NEW YORK, NY; the other three pieces have a scalloped edge with paneled sections alternating with decorating piercing - they are each marked KROME-KRAFT FARBER BROS. NEW YORK, NY.
Condition on all is good with overall usage marks -- light scratching to the chrome - no rust, pitting, cracks, or other damage. Dating mid-century, they have been used for monthly bridge games -- the perfect way to serve a variety of snacks. Hoping someone can use them for a bar, display or similar - they just have such a cool, retro look!
